Not following the Terms of Use of this page will result in a permanent ban from myUpload without any further contact to the user. If the user no longer has access to myUpload, it is not at any time allowed to try to get around this access restriction.
Material that does not correspond to the following Terms of Use will be removed without any further warning:
By uploading a file the user accepts the Terms of Use and takes full responsibility for the upload.
The user's IP-address is always saved with every upload the user might make. myUpload has the right to keep the user's IP-address as long as the file is kept on myUpload's servers. Furthermore, myUpload registeres all acitivities on the web site.
Third-party scripts,programs,etc. that automatically uploads files to myUpload are not allowed.
It is not allowed to have more than registered user on myUpload.
Files protected with passwords or encrypted will imediatly be removed.
Uploading of viruses, trojans, spyware and other malware that can harm myUpload's servers or it's users are not allowed.
It is not allowed to upload a file without being the respective owner or at least having the permission from the respective owner.
Files insulting individuals, minorites, etc. are not allowed.
Uploaded material will have to correspond to the Danish and the Canadian laws.
myUpload is not responsible for the loss of data in case of a server break-down.
With every upload the user takes full responsibility for the upload. myUpload hereby disclaims responsibility for what is being uploaded.
myUpload only gives out a user's information to a third party if the third-party can acquire the data by a warrant.
At myUpload.dk we look upon copyright violations with great seriousness. In the event material to which you hold the copyright or to which you represent the legal entity which holds the copyright has been made available on myUpload.dk, please immediately direct an inquiry to support@myupload.dk. After receipt of your inquiry we will do our utmost to stop the abuse of your rights.
myUpload has the right to change the Terms Of Use at any time, and it solely is the user's reponsibility to keep oneself up to date with the current rules. Previously uploaded files under outdated rules will automatically adopt the most recent rules.
It is solely the administrators of myUpload who determines whether a file or a user corresponds to the rules above. There can not be made any argument out of any of the interpretations made by the administrators of myUpload.
